US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton
US Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, delivered two important speeches in January 2010. One speech was presented on International Community Development along with her remarks on the ICPD, and another given on Maternal Health and the MDG's 4 and 5. Content of these speeches includes a re-tooling of how our country will regard its development roll in the world. This is very consistent with all of the things that RFPD works toward.
