A General Comments
- Usually WCS projects are between a Rotary Club or District in a more developed country and a Rotary Club or District in a less developed country
- Smaller clubs with limited funds can always join with other club(s) under the "Partnering" concept
- It is often helpful to collaborate with a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) or other established agencies with experience in population and development.
- Two significant support sources wiith offices world-wide in less developed countries are:

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) USAID is the U.S. federal government agency that implements America's foreign economic and
humanitarian assistance programs. It provides assistance in four regions of the world: Sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and the Near East, Latin America and the
Caribbean, Europe and Eurasia. This Agency works in six principal areas crucial to sustainable development including:
- Population, health and nutrition
- Education and Training
- Humanitarian assistance
