The Rotarian Action Group for Population Growth & Sustainable Development Donor Advised Fund is to provide funding to projects that lead to strong, stable families by improving the status of women. Every mother and father should be able to feed, clothe and educate their children.
Grants to Rotary Clubs and Districts will be considered for funding which:
- Give priority to improve the health of women and infants with collateral support to other interests that support that greater cause, including reproductive health and child spacing.
- Support economic development for women leading to self sufficiency.
- Have a defined activity that has a complementary application to the health and economic well being of women.
- Emphasize the importance placed upon educating women and girls.
These projects, by nature, support the direction of change that leads to equal partnership for women and population balance.
