not subjected to pre-arranged marriages at age 14. Being an illiterate woman who wonders what she would do if her husband dies. She wouldn't be able to provide
for her six children. Finding out that your best friend has AIDS, but has no idea how they got it or how it's spread. You're terrified that you might be next.
Now Imagine....T hat your dream of staying in school and not having to get maried at 14 will come true because
of the help of concerned Rotarians who believe that your life matters. That a vocational center for the women in your village
sponsored by The Rotary Foundation will teach you to read and write, as well as teach you a job skill. That an AIDS Awareness class sponsored by the local
Rotary club will tell you how to stop the spread of AIDS and how to protect your reproductive health.  These are just a few snapshots of the hundreds of Population
projects coordinated by the Rotarian Fellowship for Population & evelopment (RFPD) that have been sponsored by people like you.
People who understand how the humanitarian efforts of Rotary International can transform the lives of children and families around the world.
